  • Go to the View Saved or Submitted Applications page and select the Pay and Schedule Appointment option to make an appointment. Remember that in order to schedule a meeting at any Passport Seva Kendra or Passport Office, you must now pay online.

  • To print the application receipt containing the Application Reference Number or the Appointment Date, click the Print Application Receipt link.

  • After making a payment and bringing the original documents, visit the Passport Seva Kendra or the Regional Passport Office wherein an appointment has been set up.

Steps for Submitting the e-form-

Be aware that, for your convenience, facilities have now been established to make it easier to submit applications online, just like you would any other kind of official document.

  • The e-form must be downloaded from the main page's download e-form link, filled out, and then saved by clicking the Validation and Save button.

  • This will create an XML file that will later need to be uploaded into the system.

  • The same procedures mentioned previously can be utilized for entering the Passport Seva Online Website using the registered login ID. After successfully login in, select Upload e-Form to upload the XML file.

  • Because the website only accepts XML files, you shouldn't post the PDF form at this time.
