select the district— Husband’s details are required to be filled properly and choose “ registration of marriage certificate” — Fill out the form for a marriage certificate and choose an appropriate date of appointment. After filling in the details and confirming them, click "Submit Application.”
After completing the registration process, you will be given a registration number, which will be displayed on the acknowledgement sheet. Take a printout of the acknowledgement slip as well as the application form. You can track the status of your application using the reference number.
Once the certificate is ready, you will be notified by the court and you can download marriage certificate from the court’s website. Entering the reference number and further details will allow you to access the certificate.
